We are locally owned and operated by classically trained graduates from Le Cordon Bleu College. Our Manager, Alexis Oligher, has her B.A. in Hospitality and Restaurant Management and her sister the B.O.H. Manager, Chef Christina Romeros, has her A.A. in Culinary Arts. Both managers have lived and worked in the hospitality industry in cities like Phoenix, Scottsdale, Anchorage, Montgomery, Dallas and on the island of Guam. Chef Christina most recently worked in downtown Dallas at a 5 star restaurant with a renowned Chef. They are bringing the tastes and ambiance of big city dining back to their hometown. Step inside our restaurant and you will forget we are in a mall!
Everything is fresh and made from scratch. The only thing we don’t make here is the bread we get fresh from Johnson’s Bakery. We grind our own burgers, break down whole chickens, cut our fries and onion strings, cook and slice our own ham and turkey and make all of our own sauces. We have no frozen prepared food or canned vegetables. We hope you enjoy all the love and care we put into every meal!
