We are locally owned and operated. We use only the freshest ingredients and make everything from scratch. No preservatives or frozen prepackaged food here! The only thing we don’t make here is the bread we get fresh from Johnson’s Bakery down the street.
Chef Christina Huey, has her degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College and has perfected our menu with her own recipes using only the freshest ingredients to enhance the inherent natural flavors of the food.
We grind our own fresh beef and bison burgers, break down whole chickens for our chicken breast and pulled chicken, hand cut our fries and onion strings, cook and slice our own ham and turkey and make all of our own sauces. We buy as much as we can locally like our bison and chicken bites that come fresh from right here in this county! Our fruits and vegetables are delivered twice a week from the closest growers possible. We have no frozen or canned vegetables so that you and your family get only real food without all the extra sodium and chemicals. We hope you enjoy all the love and care we put into every meal.
